We will also be taking this time to recognize our memorable past. This incredible milestone leads us to remember and honor, Bob Hedman’s, humble beginnings creating custom headers for fellow racers, including Wally Parks and his famous ’57 Savoy nicknamed “Suddenly”. Bob Hedman’s contribution to Suddenly would help Wally set a number of top speed records, like the one set in Daytona clocked at 166.893 mph.

In celebration of Wally, the Savoy, and his efforts to make drag racing a legitimate professional sport, Hedman will have the legendary “Suddenly” proudly on display in our booth during the SEMA show (booth 22543). We have helped recondition this piece of automotive history and have gone as far as building a new set of headers and exhaust system for the Savoy, exactly replicating the ones made by Bob Hedman so many years ago. The Savoy is synonymous with early drag racing history and the growth of the Hedman Hedders brand, and we cannot wait to have this piece of History on display with us in Las Vegas.

In addition to “Suddenly” and all of our new products, Von Hot Rod will also be making appearances at the Hedman booth (#22543) Tuesday and Wednesday to pin stripe anything and everything you bring with you. Von Hot Rod has also built two unique pieces that we will be raffling off at the end of the day on Tuesday and Wednesday. Stop by the booth to register for your chance to win.
