1972 NOVA GETS A SERIOUS HEART TRANSPLANT

Have you ever dreamed of dropping modern V8 power into your old school muscle car? How about dropping a supercharged LS3 into a 1972 Nova? You may have thought about it, but Norm Brown took the bull by the horns and made it happen. This Nova underwent a serious transformation to become the mean 72 muscle machine that you see here. With the help of Hedman Husler LS-swap headers and engine mounts Norm gave his Nova one heck of a heart transplant.“Those headers don’t hit the steering box, and those mounts bolt right up to the Nova sub-frame,” Norm explains. ALEX “THE CAR GIRL” ROGEO KEEPS FIRST PLACE LEAD IN PSCA STREET MUSCLE CLASS

Fontana, CA –Alex Rogeo and her Liquid Glow Arrington MAHLE Champion Spark Plugs team fought rear suspension issues but managed to leave the Pacific Street Car Nationals Calvert Racing Summer Nationals still in first place in the championship points for the Street Muscle class and apparently still in second place in the Bracket-1 class. With only two races left in the 2014 series Alex is locked into a tight battle with Larry Pittenger, Nolan Brandt and just behind them Jason Hoorn in Street Muscle and she is only two rounds behind Dick Krieger in Bracket-1.

Las Vegas, NV – Alex Rogeo and her Liquid Glow shopHEMI MAHLE Champion Spark Plugs team overcame tire issues and made it to the semi-finals in the Street Muscle class of the Pacific Street Car Association’s MagnaFuel Las Vegas Nationals presented by Goodyear Racing today. With three races left in the 2014 series Alex extended her lead in the class and remains in the hunt in Bracket-1 by staying in the top three there.
